i know why i write...do you?Another starless evening alone at home Pen in hand I’m dreading the moment already. It goes the same way every time The parchment crumples itself in my hand as I hear the first signal of their arrival and painfully acknowledge their existence.
‘Why do you write?’
the mirthful voice plays out like a harp slightly out of tune. ‘It pays the bills’ I answer a little too angrily, through clenched teeth. I know it’s the wrong answer before I’m done, as I can feel them retreating to the crevices of my mind. They’re the words. The right words. They aren’t there right now, but t i know why i write...do you?

And if you honestly think that I'm sending flames.. hahahahah... you're nuts. I agree with your veiws on the so-caleld "battle of the sexes". I think it's stupid that a lot of people value one gender over the other- both need eachother to survive. Both are just as important and just as strong and worthy of opinion. Yep yep...
